Material Ordering and Tracking:
Procurement of building materials including selections, track deliveries, and manage inventory levels to prevent delays in project execution.
Change Order Management:
Document and follow up on change orders approvals, ensuring timely communication and implementation of any changes outside of initial scope.
Order Inspections:
Request all required permits and inspections as mandated by the county.
Communication Liaison:
Act as a communication hub between subcontractors, clients, and the project manager to facilitate smooth information flow and address any concerns promptly.
Budget and Expense Tracking:
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and prepare cost analysis reports to help manage costs effectively.
Progress Reporting:
Prepare periodic progress updates for stakeholders, covering project timelines, cost management, and overall progress to ensure transparency and accountability.
Site Visit Coordination and Collaboration:
